Withdrawal and replacement of products
Mavica Shop wants to satisfy all its customers, 100%. We know that this goal is difficult to achieve and there will be customers who want to return the products purchased. We understand it, and we want to meet those of you who for one reason or another want to return their products.
The conditions necessary to effect the withdrawal are:
1. The renouncement of the products purchased without any reason, in accordance with the laws on distance commerce (D. Lgs. 141/2010 art. 4, in implementation of the Directive 2008/48 / CE)
If the product ordered is not what you wanted, you can return it to be replaced or to receive a refund of the product value (except shipping costs) within a time limit of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide no reasons and without penalty.
Steps to follow for product RETURNS:
1. Complete the withdrawal form – Withdrawal Form; this is necessary in order to process the withdrawal as soon as possible and send you a replacement product or reimburse you.
2. Pack the products you wish to return – the product, in the original envelope or package, must in turn be inserted into another box, so that neither the product nor the packaging can be damaged!
3. Insert the warranty certificate (where provided) and a copy of the receipt into the package;
4. Send the package with the products by courier to the Mavica Shop depot – Viale Giacomo Puccini 1605, 55100, Lucca.
The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer!
The value of the returned product will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return through the payment method used by the customer to place the order in question.
The returned products, as well as their packaging (if this is the case, for example boxes / bags for shoes / jewelry) must be in the same state in which they were delivered, without any sign of use. The package with which you return the product must contain: intact product labels.
If the product is returned in a state in which it can no longer be sold, we reserve the right to request a fee for its repair (when possible) or to cover the price difference that will result in the sale of the product as a second-hand product.
2. Products defective or showing signs of deterioration upon delivery
We do everything we can to ensure that the products are delivered without defects. Despite this, if you receive a defective product, all you have to do is contact the Mavica Shop staff via the email address: costumersi@Mavica Shop.com and we will ensure that the product is replaced. Also in this case we ask you to complete the Withdrawal Form. If the product received is malfunctioning in the first 24-72 hours from its delivery, you can claim the incident and request the replacement of the product with a new product or a refund of its value. Return and transport costs for the replacement product are supported by Mavica Shop. For products whose packages have visible deteriorations at the time of delivery by the courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them.
3. Products delivered incorrectly
If you have been delivered a product other than the one you ordered, we ask you to report it as soon as possible to return the product and ensure that it is replaced with the correct one. The withdrawal procedure also begins in this case by completing the Withdrawal Form and completing all its fields. All costs of returning and transporting the correct product will be supported by Mavica Shop. If the product ordered does not comply with the specifications in our offer, you can return the product to replace it or receive a full refund of its value. For this reason we ask you to complete the Withdrawal Form. If you consent to the replacement with a higher cost product, you will pay the difference, in the same way if the cost of the replacement product is less, you will receive a refund of the difference. The costs of return and transport for the replacement product, if this is the case, are supported by Mavica Shop.
General remarks – In the case of deteriorated products or items that cannot be sold, the return will be denied.
For hygiene reasons, products that fall under the “Intimate” category cannot be returned. *
* Swimsuits and underwear (underpants, panties, bras, bustiers, tights, stockings, etc.) are part of this category.
